My general internal medicine practice serves as a medical home for my patients. My practice can provide acute care needs, care of chronic conditions (like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic lung disease) and preventive care. I consider medical care to be a partnership between the patient and the physician- I am happy to work together with my patients to meet their medical needs and to keep them well. My Crestwood practice also includes three other excellent clinicians: internists Justin Huynh, MD and Rose Hiner, MD, and nurse practitioner Holly Hutchings, ANP.
